Dr Nicole Bru decided to provide financial support upstream of the project, thus permitting the creation of China\u2019s first French-speaking engineering school: the \u00c9cole Centrale Beijing (Beihang Sino-French Engineering School), the result of a very innovative form of Sino-French cooperation. It provides equipment, trains medical teams and transmits good healthcare practices… Dr Nicole Bru, who travelled several times to South East Asia for the Institut UPSA de la douleur, wished to support AMFA\u2019s action by funding the setting-up of a number of dispensaries in Burma, as well as a “hygiene” operation to promote the eradication of scabies.
